Shelley – Treatment Coordinator
Shelley has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She started as a front office assistant in 1987. Although she enjoyed her job, her love of technology opened a door with a local company that developed one of the first dental practice management software programs. She worked with offices throughout the US, training dentists and their staff on how to utilize cutting edge technology. After many years of training offices and a few years working as a dental practice consultant, Shelley realized that she missed the day to day interaction and relationships of a dental practice. She found the perfect fit with Eilers Dental. Shelley is able to use her computer skills to support the high-tech programs incorporated in the practice, gets to know patients by helping them understand their treatment and answers questions about insurance. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, art, music and any and all opportunities to travel and play.
Janet – RDH
Janet graduated from the dental hygiene program at Mt. Hood Community College in 2006. She takes pride in providing a high level of patient care while making everyone feel as comfortable as possible. Her laid back personality and gentle touch helps patients feel at ease in the dental atmosphere. In her spare time, she enjoys snowboarding, going to the movies, and spending time with family.
Jenny – EFDA
Jenny has been working as a dental assistant since 1999. She has trained and worked in many specialties of dentistry. Her love of children employed the majority of her career as a pediatric dental assistant. Her warm and caring personality instantly makes people, both old and young, feel comfortable in the office. Her enthusiasm for great dental care makes every visit an enjoyable one.
Audrey – CDA, EFDA
Audrey completed the dental assisting program at Linn-Benton Community College in 2006. She worked at a dental office in Corvallis for a year after graduation, then took a year off to attend a Bible school through her church and worked part-time as a receptionist in real estate. In September of 2008, Audrey moved to Portland and returned to dental assisting at Eilers Dental where she has thoroughly enjoyed working with and caring for patients once again. She loves to help patients feel welcome and comfortable in the office and never hesitates to go out of her way to do so. In Audrey’s spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, going out to eat, and spending time with friends and family.
